Ingrid Nelson

INGRID NELSON is the Regional Vice President for Comcast Spotlight California, overseeing sales operations in San Francisco, Sacramento, Fresno and Monterey.  She originally joined the company in 2007 as Vice President and General Manager of the San Francisco operation.  Prior to joining Comcast, she was a Vice President and Senior Consultant for The Center for Sales Strategy, where she provided sales and management consulting to a breadth of media organizations including Comcast, Hearst Television and Cox Media.

Her career in media included positions in business development, marketing and production in the Cleveland television market.  She also spent three years in radio, working for Clear Channel Cleveland as the Business Development Manager for six stations.  While in Cleveland, she spearheaded efforts to produce the city’s annual July 4th fireworks, Holiday Parade, and Millennium event.  Prior to joining the Center for Sales Strategy, she was General Manager of KNAZ-TV (an NBC affiliate in Northern Arizona).

Nelson is a graduate of the prestigious Betsy Magness Leadership Institute at the Center for Creative Leadership and has attended the Comcast-sponsored Executive Leadership program at the Wharton School.   She has been named a WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications) Mentor of the Year and was named Sales/Marketing Person of the Year by the Cleveland Association of Broadcasters during her time in that market.  She also attended the Leadership Flagstaff program while working in Arizona.  She has served on advisory committees and boards for United Way, the Red Cross, The Ad Council, Futures Against Violence and others.

Nelson lives in San Francisco with her husband, John Schreiner, an artist.  They have three children who live in Seattle, Atlanta and Taiwan with their respective families.

Courtney Oversby

COURTNEY OVERSBY is a sales and marketing professional with 14 years of experience in the sports industry specializing in strategic & experiential marketing platforms within the media environment and corporate sponsorship sales, marketing and operations in the collegiate athletics field.

She has vast experience in sports sponsorship sales, brand and account management, network marketing, partnership activation & fulfillment, event marketing & operations, retail marketing platforms, talent supervision, budget management and television & radio operations. 

Courtney has the ability to develop strong client relations and deliver successful platforms for clients at the highest level of professionalism.

Sam Chin

SAM CHIN is the Director of Technical Operations in the Sacramento Valley of California. Sam joined Comcast 10 years ago, where he first held the role of Field Technician in California’s Delta Valley-Concord location.  After two years in the field, Sam was promoted to Tech Ops Supervisor where he spent the next three years leading field technicians.  During past five years, Sam served as Tech Ops Manager for Concord.  In addition, he spent two months supporting the Field Traffic Controllers while their manager was on leave.

In his most recent role, Sam has led as many as 130 technicians and 10 supervisors for extended periods and has found a way to successfully maintain a consistent balance between high performance and high morale.  

Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Chico, where he studied Communication Design with an option in Information & Communication Systems.  He is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Phoenix.  

Sam has been happily married to his lovely wife, Erin, for the past eight years and they currently reside in Martinez, California.  Together, Sam and Erin have a nine-month-old son, Isaac Banks.  Much of Sam’s personal time is spent with his family.  When he is not working or spending time with his family, you can find Sam out on the golf course or playing softball. 

Willie Hooykaas-Baldwin

WILLIE HOOYKAAS-BALDWIN is a Director of Engineering at Salesforce where she leads several teams of software engineers who give our customers the most secure and powerful enterprise software experience. Salesforce has been named one of the most innovative companies in the world 5 years running and is the company behind the foremost cloudbased CRM (customer relationship management) solution that helps companies sell, service and market to their customers.

Willie joined Salesforce 4 years ago as a senior software engineer. Offered the role of manager of her team, she took a chance, accepted, and launched into a new career of leadership. She now leads teams that develop on top of the Salesforce platform as well as teams that develop the platform itself. Her teams are globally distributed, diverse and very productive. They develop high quality, high
performance and scalable software.

Before joining the world of CRM, she developed software for the elearning industry (learning and content management systems); the financial industry (a realtime trading system); and the ERP field (enterprise resource planning). Willie has worked as a fullstack software engineer, both in Europe and the US, at tiny startups, midsize companies and now a fortune 500 company. Willie’s curiosity led her to pursue her Masters in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Amsterdam, and curiosity fuels her career and drives her to make her teams happy and very productive.

Jojo Lemke

JOJO LEMKE is  Vice President of CableCom a Subsidiary of Dycom Industries, one of the nation’s largest telecommunication contractors providing services in construction, engineering and technical services.  She joined CableCom in 2008 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Vice President in 2013 overseeing projects in Southern California, Colorado, New Mexico and most recently Washington State.  Prior to CableCom she worked for other Dycom subsidiaries, Fiber Cable Inc. and  Schenck Communications.

She started her career in Cable TV in 1998 with Fiber Cable, Inc. as a flagger in Tacoma, WA working on the nation’s first city owned Cable TV network Click!.   Soon moving to an aerial and underground ground-hand position, she worked her way up to Lineperson, Foreman, Technician, Safety, Aerial Supervisor then Project Manager.  In 2000 she took a Project Manager position with Schenck Communications in Woodinville, WA completing re-builds for service providers from Alaska to Texas. Taking the skills and knowledge from years of hard work in the field Jojoe has become the highest ranking operational woman in over 10,000 Dycom subsidiaries employees. 

She lives in Southern California, the mother of three daughters, with one still in college in SoCal., the other two have completed their education and started their professional careers.

Kayvon Mortazavi

KAYVON MORTAZAVI is the Senior Manager of the Xfinity Communities team overseeing the California CAR (Community Account Representatives) Channel. He oversees an organization of 70 employees which consist of 6 managers that report to him that are responsible over 600,000 units and 3000 properties across the California Market. Kayvon Joined Comcast 4 years ago where he reported into Headquarters as a Regional Manager overseeing the Comcast and Verizon Partnership in 2012 for California, New Mexico and Arizona Regions. In 2013 Kayvon entered the California Region to build the CAR and FIND channels where he was tasked to hire 60 high caliber employees in 60 days and achieved this goal while maintaining a consistent balance between Elite performance and high employee morale. He has been promoted 3 times in the last 4 years and has been a part of the Elite program for the last three years which is a divisional recognition for residential sales awarding the top 3 percent of 6 regions in the West. Kayvon leadership has also prevailed with developing and promoting his employees to different leadership roles in California.

Kayvon is a Bay Area Native and the Father of 4 girls and 1 Son ranging in ages of 15 years to 2 years old. He has just purchased a home with his current Girlfriend Jenny in Livermore California and focuses his spare time on keeping his kids active. When Kayvon has some free time you can catch him in the Gym working on his fitness and keeping his contagious smile on his face promoting positive energy.
